Ready for an apprenticeship? Let's check your eligibility first!

Let’s kickstart your career…

The first step in your journey to an apprenticeship is to check you are eligible for funding.

Apprenticeships are funded by the UK Government. In order to qualify for funding, applicants must have eligible grades and eligible residency status. These rules are set by the UK Government and apply to all apprentices.

Unfortunately, we can’t help you. NowSkills specialises exclusively in digital apprenticeships. If you're looking for apprenticeships in other sectors, you can explore alternative courses here: Non Digital Apprenticeships.

We cannot secure apprenticeship funding for you because you must have been living in the UK for at least 3 years or from birth. We are bound by UK Government rules, and your apprenticeship is not fundable unless you meet this requirement. Please register with us when you are eligible for apprenticeship funding.

Unfortunately, you will need to translate your grades before we can check if you are eligible for apprenticeship funding. You will need a statement of comparability from a service such as https://www.enic.org.uk/. In order to apply for an apprenticeship we need UK GCSE's (or equivalent overseas qualification confirmation) In English and Maths at a passing grade. (A-C or 4-9) We can also accept Functional skills qualification at Level 2 in English and Maths. Scottish, Irish or Welsh grades will need to be checked. If your high school grades were not sat in the UK then you will need have your grades translated (into their UK equivalent) so that we can check that you are eligible for this apprenticeship.
