Career advice, embedded into your apprenticeship
Most apprentices continue to work for their employers following completion of their apprenticeships, some prefer to go to University or pursue another career option.
Your NowSkills tutor will talk to you about your career aspirations and depending on what they are, they will will signpost you to the information you need.
Upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship, further progression opportunities are available:
- Promotion in the workplace, or a movement into a managerial role.
- Study at a higher level of apprenticeship (dependent on occupation).
- Enrolling in a degree (full or part-time) or even a degree apprenticeship.
- Continuing in the role, but undertaking additional, related qualifications to further development.

After your apprenticeship
When you have completed your digital and IT apprenticeship, you’ll have qualifications, real experience, professional contacts, a business ready attitude and work ethic, and CV that will open doors.
