ENROLLING EXISTING EMPLOYEE?
If you’d like to enrol an existing employee onto an apprenticeship standard programme with us then this is potentially a straightforward process. We will need to check their eligibility and this process is straightforward. We will also need to spend time discussing the course with your existing employee and their line manager as in some cases they may not have studied for some time and there will be a requirement for 20% off the job training.
Existing employees make excellent it apprentices and it is an excellent way to use the funding available to skill up your existing workforce. Many employers, bot Levy-Paying and non-Levy paying employers use apprenticeships to build their teams.
