Enrol an existing employee

Many levy and non-levy employers have realised the advantages of enrolling exiting employees onto a digital apprenticeship. Instead of paying commercial digital training prices, an apprenticeship provides continuous 15-18 months programme of training and support with a recognised qualifications. Levy payers can use their funding, and non-levy employers enjoy either 100% or 95% funded training.

At NowSkills we can enrol your existing employees onto an apprenticeship programme, however we will need to check eligibility:

  • The employee must commit to the time and effort investment required to complete the apprenticeship, for example, completing assignments and examinations.
  • The employee must gain substantial new skills during the apprenticeship, the apprenticeship should not simply accredit existing knowledge.
  • The employee must be eligible for funding, for example, they should  have required examination grades and they don’t already hold a similar qualification.

NowSkills will manage the enrollment process for your existing employees, with no added fees.
