Learning starts from Day 1:
Our apprenticeships are tailored, blending online and in-person with online learning courses. Monthly 1:1 sessions are flexible, held online or in person. Apprentices will also be able to attend NowSkills Insights and have opportunities to gain additional certifications.

+ Masterclasses, delivered live, remotely: Modules attended by groups of apprentices, facilitated by an expert Tutor.
+ Online Learning Courses: Tailored online learning assigned by your Tutor, relevant to an apprentice’s professional development & work tasks.
+ Monthly Professional Development Reviews (PDRs): Jointly between Tutor, Mentor, and Apprentice, remotely or in-person to review progress both in their role and apprenticeship.
