Trainee trainer or tutor roles – Northwest England
Evolving to become a hybrid home working/classroom role/customer location (depending on role)
Work pattern: 40 hours full time flexible (part time available)
Trainee starting salary typically £25,000 – £28,000 rising in line with your development plan
Experienced trainer or tutor roles – Nationwide

If you’re already an experienced, inspirational training professional, chances are you won’t appreciate us telling you how to manage your diary and how you should deliver your magic.
Of course, we’ll need to plan together to make sure that your delivery quality meets both of our high standards, but you’d expect that from an Ofsted Good/Outstanding rated provider.
Our Operations and Quality team will support you as you deliver engaging learning 1:1 or classroom experiences to your apprentices, whilst at the same time giving you the space and autonomy to manage your diary and utilise delivery methods that work for you.
If you’re already experienced in apprenticeships, you might have previously been assigned learners in wrong roles or been assigned challenging employers.
At NowSkills, we’ll respect your judgement in these areas, and our sales team know that for successful outcomes, apprentices, employers, and roles need to work in harmony, to give you the best chance of delivering successful outcomes.
