We offer a range of digital apprenticeships, but two stand out for public sector organisations:

Data Technician (Level 3)

Designed for roles in business intelligence, performance reporting, and service improvement, this 16-month programme teaches apprentices to:

  • Source, clean, and analyse data using Excel, SQL, and Power Query
  • Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making
  • Understand data ethics, GDPR, and public sector compliance

It’s ideal for teams managing large datasets—from housing and social care to finance and HR.

Data Analyst (Level 4)

This advanced 20-month programme equips apprentices to:

  • Use tools like Power BI, Python, and Tableau for deep data analysis
  • Model and visualise data to uncover trends and insights
  • Support strategic planning and policy development

Perfect for roles in research, transformation, and digital innovation, this apprenticeship helps public bodies unlock the full potential of their data.
