This information we collect includes your name, your address, email address, educations qualifications, your interests, your place of work and your telephone number.

We use your information to send you marketing emails and make marketing telephone calls to you and to contact you in relation to the service you are or have been using us for. If you are an employer and not an apprentice applicant we may keep details of you on our databases in order to contact you from time to time about our services.

If you have applied for an apprenticeship with us and completed the online form we will keep your details on our servers for 12 months before we delete it and we may contact you from time to time using the data by either phone or email or text message.

If you wish to be removed from our mailing lists you can use the unsubscribe feature on the marketing email. Alternatively, you may email us to request removal from the database.

We share your details with other organisations. These organisations may include:

  • IT Service providers that help us with our internal IT
  • Marketing analytics companies that help us identify who is buying our services so that we may more effectively sell our products
